Workable solutions do not necessarily finitely answer a question or completely resolve a problem, rather they might easily simply circumnavigate those issues of controversy that have often remained stubbornly in hiatus for wholly logical and sensible reasons. Some suits are simply not designed for alteration, however desirable, possible, politic, or convenient their reinvention may appear or be.
Positions, descriptions, delineations, are generally not the product of simple arbitrary invention, rather they result from the molding hands of time, trial and error, success, and failure.
